With this DocTrails module, digital orders from specialist retailers are checked in the EZ-base database before they are sent to you. When information is missing or incomplete, the order will be held for a specific amount of time (e.g. 2 hours) in DocTrails. You, as well as the specialist retailer, will be notified. If you ignore the notification, you will receive the order with missing information. A better option is to log on to the DocTrails portal where the information can be completed with data from EZ-base. You will receive a 100% correct order that you can process immediately. This will make a large difference in administration work.

As a supplier, you can follow the ordering process through the link and, if necessary, intervene. This will lead to a higher quality and quantity of EDI messages.
