In a few mouse clicks creating your product sheet or leaflet by yourself: this is done in an instand with the service Publication portal. Sending the data from EZ-base directly to the Publication portal, with which you create your marketing expressions easily. The possibilities:

Commercial employees can send a product sheet immediately of the articles concerned.
When you decide to make a sale-action, you can instantly process this into a direct mailing.
New articles on a product sheet within a day and/or promote in your store.
Easily make a professional offer by adding pricing to your product information.
A relation asks for product advice by phone or e-mail and you can send this quick and complete by e-mail.
You quickly want to react to the market and for instance place your product sheet on your site or send in a digital mailing.

This is how it works:
EZ-web contains a wealth of rich article data. The images, logos, quality labels, specifications, features and related articles in the data base are perfectly suited for the publishing of a product sheet or leaflet. Digital as well as print.

On any given moment you can make a selection of the articles you want to publish at that time. With óne click on the button you send this selection to the Publication portal. Whichever subscription you have, there you find 1 or more templates. Each template is a in advance in coöperation designed model in which the article selection will be placed. In this template are for instance your logo and contact data in your own corporte design, with the possibility for extra adding information (like action prices). Also, images can be replaced. You enter the articles to your own desire.

When you have finished a publication, it can be exported as a PDF or JPG. An InDesign package can also be created in which the final details can be adjusted. The publication can be spread digitally or send to a printer.

The subscriptions Bronze, Silver and Gold offer different publication possibilities. With Bronze you have the following options:

A maximum of 100 publications that can be generated per month.
Managing previously made publications: existing publications can be adjusted and re-used.
Standard design: the design of the template is a standard design, set by EZ-base.
Own lay-out with header and footer per location: the header and footer can be adjusted for different locations (for instance the contact details).
A4-size: the result will be downloaded in A4-size.
Export JPG: the result will be downloaded as a .jpg-format.
Export PDF: the result will be downloaded as a .pdf-format.

Own layout: the design of the template(s) can be determined by you in consultation with EZ-base.
Own lay-out with header and footer per location: the header and footer can be adjusted for different locations (for instance the contact details).
Own article number and -description: the own article numbers and -descriptions entered through the ArtLink, can be loaded in the template(s).
Own choice of fields to be included: the, through the (free fields in the) ArtLink, entered (complementary) data can be loaded in the template(s).
You choose which fields will be included in the template(s).
Price data: the, through the ArtLink, entered price data can be loaded in the template(s).
Adjustable fields: the automatically uploaded data from EZ-base can be adjusted manually.
Multiple templates (expansion possible): several templates can be designed for different uses.
A proposition shall be made for extra templates in response to your wishes.
